Job Announcement: Donor Database Coordinator
The Donor Database Coordinator is primarily responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the ministry’s donor records. The Donor Database Coordinator will be an expert in the ministry’s donor database and be able to gather and compile donor and gift data for ministry Officers and staff. The Donor Database Coordinator is critical to the day-to-day data sharing between the development and administrative departments and thus the individual in this position must be detailed, organized, and diligent.

The abilities required:
Expertly navigate and utilize the ministry’s donor database.
Efficient production of various donor related data reports.
Discretion and wisdom in handling the confidentiality of donor information.
Exceptional time management with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The role you will play:
Serve as the primary custodian of the donor and giving data in the ministry’s donor database.
Prepare reports as requested by development representatives, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer.
Serve as the point of contact between the ministry office and development representatives, ensuring they have the resources they need.
What you will need:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Substantial experience working in modern customer relationship databases.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
