Donor Database Coordinator
Full-Time Position, 35-40 hours per week, Non-exempt
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional hours or work schedule adjustments may be needed during certain events throughout the year.

Consults with: President & CEO, Development Field Representatives, Director of Marketing & Communications
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Job Summary: The Donor Database Coordinator assists the development department in reaching fundraising goals and stewarding relationships with existing and potential donors. The Coordinator will serve as an administrator of the ministry Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all donor data, including giving records, is accurate and current. The Coordinator will routinely create and prepare various donor-related data reports from the CRM system and maintain that data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for keeping the CRM system and donor records consistent and accurate.
- Create and process donor related reports for Board of Directors, Officers, and development field representatives.
- Prepare gift receipt acknowledgement letters and emails.
- Execute purchases for the development department within the approved annual budget.
- Assist with reports on expenses and budget within the development department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the development team.
- Assist in preparation of end of year giving statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for development field representatives’ requests for resources from the RSI office.
- Conduct CRM orientation for new development field representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality of RSI donor information.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to gather, analyze and compile data.
- Must be self-motivated and resourceful.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- A commitment to the mission, strategy, and values of Reaching Souls International.
- Experience working with customer relationship management systems.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience serving in an Administrative Assistant position or related position.
- Experience in ministry or missions preferred.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as phone system, copier, printers, etc.
