Deep Roots Evangelism
Recently, my three Timothies and I went out for evangelism in a village of many people who believe in other gods, or their ancestral spirits. They have no idea of our Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They have a shelter where they meet teaching each other false teachings. They even have their own false prophets. We reached the unreached with the Gospel of peace, not of war, which is the Gospel of Jesus. We preached starting from the first man Adam and how he was deceived and disobeyed in sin. But our loving God came in with His best plan of salvation to the sinful man, who cannot save himself. Therefore, all people are savable if Jesus can be received. We are all saved by His grace through faith.
His will is that all who receive the Son of God have eternal life while waiting for resurrection on the last day (John 6:40). We strongly preached the Gospel of Jesus, and the majority confessed and believed, receiving Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. A total number of salvations were 252 at that village alone, and a preaching point was opened there for them. They will be baptized after COVID-19 ends. We believe that it must end, and this is only God’s shake-up of this world for people to quickly repent while they are still alive.
We are praying for God’s grace and peace to be upon you America, and Zambia, and the whole world to be healed totally. For God’s purpose to be fulfilled, with worshipping and fellowship and serving Him, and hard work for God’s Kingdom. Thank you for God’s heart in you in caring for His Kingdom. God will always remember you (Hebrews 6:10).
