Dustin K. Manis

President & CEO

Dustin Manis serves as the President & CEO at Reaching Souls International, where he believes there are lots of good things you can do for people in a world with so much need, but the best thing you can do for someone is to help secure their place in heaven.

Dustin has seen the ministry grow from $200 in the bank to supporting over 2,300 National Missionaries in 17 countries. This year, Reaching Souls will see nearly 11 million decisions to follow Jesus Christ and plant nearly 7,000 churches.

Steve Foskin

Chairman of the Board

Steve Foskin has served as the Chairman of the Board since 2024. He also serves on the Administrative Board for his church, New Covenant Community Church.

In early 2000, Steve started his banking career at Bank One, and today serves as Regional President for the Oklahoma and Southern Kansas Markets of Kansas City based CrossFirst bank. He and his wife of 35 years, Amy, have three adult daughters and currently reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
