Work with an eternity-focused ministry organization. Reaching Souls International exists to reach the maximum number of people in the least amount of time in the most efficient way. 

To achieve this goal, Reaching Souls supports indigenous missionaries, called National Missionaries, to do the work of evangelism, discipleship, and church-planting. We also provides teaching and training to equip Christians with doctrinal knowledge and evangelism tools to expand the Kingdom. 

The Reaching Souls International Internship program provides opportunities for students and young professionals to gain valuable knowledge and real-world experience. Reaching Souls seeks to invest in interns by providing the following:

As an intern with Reaching Souls, you can expect intentional investment to help you develop practical skills and ministry experience. In designing your internship experience, we take into consideration your specific interests and/or calling as you engage in or assist with many of the following activities: 

• Collaborate with the missions department to support the work of evangelism and church planting among 2,600+ National Missionaries in 3 regions of the world. 

• Enhance Reaching Souls’ presence and awareness by participating in strategy meetings, supporting special events, preparing donor materials, and engaging in marketing projects. 

• Provide quality compliance and administrative support, assist with audit preparation, and help prepare financial reports.
