Reaching Souls Door To Door
During my evangelism program, I went door-to-door in the area. My two Timothies and I traveled to this village on foot since it was only two and a half kilometers away from where we resided. We came across a certain gentleman who was born in a Muslim family. We spoke to this man about Jesus Christ being the way, truth, and life (John 14:6) and explained that the truth can transform a human being to have everlasting life without sin. We also spoke to him about the mediator between us and God, Jesus Christ.
Then, after ministering to this man, we saw him kneeling down as the power of the Holy Spirit was convicting him of his sins. The man then asked us what he could do to be saved. Then we answered him that he had to repent of his sins, accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and be baptized as a sign of repentance. He then repented of his sins and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and the following week I baptized him.
I have taken this man to be one of the members of my church, and he is doing very well in terms of church programs and participation, such as hospital visits. For him to grow spiritually, I have arranged some biblical teaching at the end of every week.
Praise be to our God, the Almighty.
