Rwandan Woman

The Lord Provides

My name is Joseph. On February 15th, 2025, with my two Timothies we made a visitation to go around the nearby village for house to house visitation. I visited one family and found a big problem there.

There was a quarrel in the house with a woman who came requesting the family to pay a debt. The head of the family was not around but only children and the wife. I requested them to have a word of prayer then they explained their problem telling me that the woman I was seeing there was a trader. The husband had borrowed things from her shop, so the money had been owed for so long and that’s the reason why she was quarreling, almost fighting, demanding the family to pay her back.

I calmed them and asked them to allow me to share the Word of God that we read from 1 Kings 2:4-10. They listened to me and after they believed, they accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

After, I asked them how much the debt is, she answered, it is five thousand Rwandan francs. Fortunately, I had exactly 5000Frw in my bag, so I paid the debt for the sake of peace of that family.

They really enjoyed hearing from God’s miracles and all of them were very happy. They hugged one another. I prayed for them, and I told them to continue to love one another with a brotherly love. They got baptized in February and they are now attending church weekly, praising God for His amazing salvation.
