No Power in Cuba

The Power of Christ

The energy crisis here is not a hindrance to the Lord’s work continuing. The church is open to the community, and the impact is masterful in the hearts of those who have not had the blessing of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior.

Near a fishing port, the energy collapse also affects the inhabitants, leaving them without hope and without entertainment for those who used to go there every night. They received a ray of light and hope when we arrived with a power generator, and so we shared with them a film that would bring great joy.

The local authorities gladly accepted and offered us a kind of amphitheater with good capacity. Many came with the intention of charging cell phones and of course, the movie that was projected captured the hearts as they waited for their cell phones to receive a little charge. Very common themes were seen in the film.

When the call was made, more than 26 people gave their souls to Jesus Christ. How good it is that we heard the voice of God and reached that little town. May the Lord always be glorified.
